I'm sitting here watching my grandbabies open their Christmas presents.
People like you and me often don't have the time to sit and reflect on what is good while we fight the urgent battles to save our country.
But when I see their faces, I'm reminded that there is joy in this world.
After the thousands of miles I flew this year, the spare hotel rooms where I slept, the many campuses, churches, and neighborhoods where I spoke, it's good to sit and rest. But I wouldn't have it any other way. When I look at my work, I know it is good and I can't wait to do it again.
That's why I'll soon be sharing some exciting news with you for 2013!
Thank you for all you do to support my work and I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas!
